4 Rogart Street- A post WWII building in an area of Glasgow well known for its' associations with engineering. As a former Glasgow School of Art student, the mastermind architect behind the building is John B. Wingate.

John was able to showcase his talent and his admiration for concrete box designs, expanse of glazing and art deco motifs which soon became what he is famed for. 

Work commenced early in 2017 and lets are currently being taken. Rogart Street Campus will be fully open by early 2018.

RogArt Street Campus is situated in a perfect location: Glasgow City Centre

is only 5 minutes away via train whilst excellent transport links, local amenities and cycling routes are all available at the heart of the Bridgeton area.

Regeneration within the area has seen various international sports facilities come close by including The Commonwealth Village and The Emirates Arena.

The rejuvenated Mile End Quarter of Glasgow sees smooth progression where studios, individual studios and open plan shared spaces will be available to let on a short term basis.

 A true sense of community can be witnessed due to the communal spaces available- a real opportunity for Arts & display. 

We are pleased to be able to take lets at RogArt Street Campus. We have welcomed a number of new tenants over the past couple of months and reservations are currently being taken for permanent studios and offices. If you are looking for more flexibility, we also offer HOT DESKS, FIXED DESKS or DEDICATED ROOMS.
